- My account shows as "under review" after login
- If your account is flagged for verification during login, it means our compliance system requires additional identity confirmation. Check your email for instructions from our KYC team. Verification usually completes within one business day during standard hours (09:00–17:00 Indonesia time, Monday–Friday).
- I want to enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Log in to to1888, go to Account Settings > Security, and select "Enable two-factor authentication." You will receive a verification code via email or SMS. Enter that code to activate 2FA. From that point, every login requires a 2FA code sent to your registered email or mobile number.
